 Operational Plan

As members of Zonta International our commitment is to:

Live up to our mission of advancing the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy with Conviction – Commitment – Courage.

Through the Operational Plan, supported by the revised committee structure and detailed roles and responsibilities,  Zonta South Auckland will be strong contributors to the needed change that will ensure the achievement of equal rights for women and the development of women’s full potential.

The Operational Plan will be the overarching document that will guide all club projects and activities. It relates specifically to the District and Zonta International Biennial (2016-18) Goals. The plan brings into focus Club initiatives (current and future) and objectives, and includes clearly defined and measurable  outcomes.
